Movie premise: Coneheads II: Blunt and To The Point (provisional title) Pitch: To be determined Synopsis: It is twenty years later. Eli Turnbull (David Spade) is Highmaster of Remulak, having usurped the position from the incumbent (Dave Thomas). Eli now has designs on Total Domination of the Earth. He's not sure whether Beldar has given the people of Earth knowledge of Cone technology - in which case his plan to become "King of The World!" might not succeed - but he still sends a massive fleet of Cone Battle Cruisers to Earth with instructions to enslave its people by lunchtime or else. Beldar (Dan Aykroyd) and Prymatt (Jane Curtin) are now grandcones, their daughter Connie (Michelle Thomas) and son-in-law Ronnie (the late Chris Farley) having produced a girl - Bonnie (TBD). Ronnie, alas, is no longer with us, having accidentally been dematerialised by Beldar's homebuilt lawnmower when its nuclear power plant took offence at Ronnie's tinkering. Beldar's business as a driving instructor has kept the family in reasonable comfort all this time, although he still hasn't been able to get Gladys Johnson (Jan Hooks) through her driving test, despite 120 attempts. Gorman Seedling (Michael McKean) is now Assistant Deputy Head Commissioner (an extra $600 a year, he'll have you know) and still smarting from his defeat at the hands of the Coneheads. He is obsessed with finding a way to get back at Beldar and his erstwhile assistant, Eli. Fortunately for the Earth and all who sail on her, the former Highmaster manages to get word to Beldar that Eli Turnbull is sending the fleet, but Eli has also sent word to Gorman that if he helps to enslave the Earth, Eli will make sure that he becomes Head Commissioner in perpetuity. The temptation is too much for Gorman who agrees to become a Fifth Columnist (even though he's never done any journalism). The plot thickens faster than gravy as the antagonists, protagonists, contagonists and even a few disinterested agonists are thrown together in the fray. The Earth survives, its people blissfully unaware that they have avoided disaster (just as they did the last time), Beldar saves the day, but the surprising hero of the moment is, if you hadn't already guessed it, Bonnie...
